I was talking to Mike yesterday and became highly stressed out when I realized that Blake will be here in a little over 3.5 months. That may sound like forever to some, but to me that is as good as saying she will be here tomorrow. I am READY, well not really READY, but READY.
My high school best friends are giving me a shower and I could not be more excited and thankful for that. Lily and I are heading out of Houston on the 28th of October, Lily will be meeting MoMo (my mom) in the Dallas airport and flying onto Amarillo with her. I will be staying put in Dallas for a few nights to attend and work a builder show there. I am not very excited about that part, but hey the end of my travels are getting closer. I will be joining them in Amarillo for Halloween, there is no way in the world I can miss my baby girls 2nd Halloween. There is something about Halloween that I just LOVE and nothing will stop me from sharing that with Lily. We will be in Amarillo for a week after that and my shower is November 7th in Amarillo. So we will be away from daddy for 1.5 weeks.... what in the world will he do. Enjoy the quiet times...
Lily had her pictures taken this weekend and they are so precious, I can not wait to scan them in and share them with everyone.
Have a great week!

The end of an Awesome Saturday!
We had the Galloway's over for the Texas vs. Tech game on Satuday night. We ordered enought BBQ from Rudy's to feed the neighborhood. Don't worry nothing went to waste, the 4.5 of us at pretty much all of it.

Poor Leah was trying her best to watch the game and Lily had other plans for her, she wanted her book read to her and only by her aunt LeeLee. So they spent quality time on the couch reading books.
Another group of friends that we are so thankful to have. They love Lily about as much as we do, and believe me Lily loves loves loves them. She ran around the house Saturday night saying LeeLee... LeeLee....LeeLee over and over and over again. She loves these 2. And we are lucky to have them in Houston with us. It is very hard to find a couple as cool as this one. Curtis and Mike are very close and Leah and I.. well that speaks for itself, I am not sure there is one thing that we don't know and "love" about the other. I don't think a days goes by that Mike and Curtis don't talk on the phone and well Leah and I spend the better part of each morning getting caught up on what happened the night before. There is a lot that can happen in an 10-12 hour time period. :)
Off to east Texas for some fun!
On Saturday we packed up the troops and headed east to see Aunt Amber and to celebrate Baylee's 2nd birthday.
Lily had a great time and would basically not get out of the jumpy. She was drenched from sweating so bad. We had a good time out there and I sure miss Amber living closer. I get to see her almost once a week, but I wish our girls would be closer. They are exactly 2 months apart and I know that they would have a good time playing together if only we didn't live an hour apart.
Amber and I still get together as often as possible, sometimes we laugh and laugh and other times we listen to the other cry. It is just whatever the mood brings. I am just so thankful to have friends like this in my life that just let me be me.
And so anyways.. we went to Baylee's party jumped in the jumpy and swam in their pool. As soon as we got in the car for the long haul home, our little princess was fast asleep in the back. We had a great time out there.

Blake Update!
We just got home from the doctor and everything is perfect. She is growing fast and is right on target with a 20.5 week old baby girl. She was very wiggly and would not stay still for good pics, but I am good with her being good. I still have 6-8 weeks of travel left for work, so this is a huge relief for me. I wasn't sure what I was going to do if she said otherwise. So all in all a great visit to see Blake today and we go back in 4weeks.

Fryar updates!
Tomorrow is our 20 week appt for Blake. I am extremely nervous about this one, I don't know why?? I guess cause of all the things they check for so I am nervous and have been pacing the house all week. I had to stay home this week and finish some office work, so that has given me ample time to FREAK OUT!! It has been 5 weeks since I have seen the doctor and that is very rare for us. Being high-risk we usually see her more. But, she is comfortable with everything and so I should be too. I know she is in there, we hear her little heartbeat every night and I can feel her kick me at times. I have never been one of those pregnant women that get to feel the baby all of the time. I guess it is because I have so many extra organs it is hard for the baby to get to the surface. :) So I will post my doctor update tomorrow.
As for news in Lily's world, she is transitioning to the older room at school. They think she is a little bored with the kids her own age and so they want to try her out in the 2 year old class. They say that she is very busy at school telling all the children what to do and not to do. I know that has to be tiresome for her :). The teacher thinks she gets frustrated when all the kids don't listen to her. hmmm she must get this from her mommy. She had her school pictures yesterday and she looked so cute! Her aunt LeeLee and I went shopping to find the perfect outfit and of course we found it! We had to dress her in stages yesterday, she isn't much for dresses. Again she must get that from her mommy, well I know her daddy is not much for dresses either, but you know what I mean. So needless to say she was all dressed and looking cute! I will post the pics once I get them.
As for the rest of the Fryar's we are hanging in there. When work is slow for one of us it is busy for the other, so I guess with 2 people in Sales this is a good thing. I am hoping that both of our businesses will pick up at the sametime soon. We are doing good, Mikey is ever so happy to have football on and I am just busy worrying about the baby, the baby room, how Lils will deal and so on and so on........ I will post more after our appt tomorrow. Keep baby Blake and Lils in your thoughts.

Our little trip!
We decided to take a little family trip to Santa Fe to enjoy some cooler weather.
Mike has never flown with Lily so this was a first for him and a joyous event it was. Not to mention I am the worst person to fly with. Our plane had mechanical issues so we had to wait an hour for another plane. Not to mention me making us get there already 2 hours early. Thank heavens for the Presidents club. Lily did good on the way to Amarillo and we survived the flight.
We got to Amarillo and met some friends for dinner, my favorite burger joint is there so we headed there. Lily was a trooper, I know how tired she was from having to sit still on the plane.
Lily took a bath before getting on the road to Santa Fe. The 4 hours in the car was not too bad, thank goodness my mom was in the back entertaining her.
As soon as we got to the hotel Lily went for a swim in the hot tub. She loved it.

We went to the ski slopes on Sunday and let Lils run around everwhere. She found some dogs to chase around and poo Mike had to run after her all up and down the mountain.

She loved throwing rocks into the puddles of water and the creek. We had a great time just watching her run all over the place.

We are all so exhausted but glad that Lily had a great time. I think we will plan a more kid friendly trip the next time. Or maybe I will just plan a beer drinking trip for myself and leave Mike home to take on the girls. :) I am so thankful that Mike is such a great daddy, he chased Lily all over New Mexico. It is getting much harder for me to run after her. That is all for now, I will write more later, but for now I am exhasuted. McF
