Just a little rambling from me today. I am sitting here "working" and listening to pandora. Trying to relax my mind before this hectic week begins.
We got a lot done this weekend and I feel better about that. We moved stuff out of the study and into the storage unit. Now just getting the cable guy out here and figuring out where the guest bed is going to fit. But, we have time for that so it will all work out. Of course I want it down NOW!!!!!!
I have most of the Blake's baby bedding in and just waiting on the bedskirt to show up, which should be this week. I am so excited about her bedding. This is the link to her bedding http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/nb110/index.cfm?pkey=cgirls%2Dnursery%2Dbedding%7Cb. I think it will be perfect and very different from what Lily has. It is kind of "anthropolgieish". It has both of the main colors of that paint from that room (orange and brown) and I think that the colors will brighten up that room. Now we have to worry about the crib and changing table for that room. I am in no rush to move Lily out of her crib, she loves her bed. So I am not uprooting her.
This is a busy busy week for me with work. Not to mention my boss gets here tomorrow and stays until Thursday. We have a lot of changes happening at work, and I am just very thankful to have my job.
We leave Friday for Amarillo, and then are heading to Santa Fe on Saturday for Labor Day weekend. It will be Lily's first time in the mountains and I can't wait to show her mommy's favorite place. Anywhere with mountains is a happy place for me. Not to mention the weather will be cooler there, and I can not be more excited about that. So the end of the week will be much needed for me.
Lily is doing great. She even says her name now. It is a tongue twister for her, but it is awesome to hear her say it. She is growing and changing everyday and it is amazing to me. She learns so much in school and loves to be around her friends. Watching her run in and talk to all of her friends in the morning is priceless. She strolls into the classroom and it is like I am here and the party can now begin...
I will post pics of our trip to see Mo and Santa Fe next week when we get back.
Until then, deep breathes!!!!
Much love,
McF

YIKES!!!!!!
Here are a few pics of Lily helping mommy cook. She loves to know what is going on and making sure that she is not missing out on anything.
I have been super busy with work and my mind seems to never shut off. If I am not thinking about work I am thinking about how to make our little house perfect for Blake's arrival. I have gone back and forth with what to do and how to do it and on and on and on.
I have some great friends that let me bounce a million different ideas off of them. And then allow me to change my mind 5 minutes later. Poor Mike wants to toss out the measuring tape and probably at times toss me out too.
We are going to start tomorrow with putting some stuff in storage and making it where I can actually see what is going to go where. I am so thankful for Mike for letting me be me. I know it is hard for him at times. He sits on the couch after being at work all day, and he hears, "HEY BABY CAN YOU COME HERE." I know that is like fingernails on the chalkboard for him. But, I know we will get this all figured out. I have the hardest part done, finding the perfect bedding for another perfect baby.
I basically told Mike that we are going out on Saturday night so I can relax and take my mind off of this house, off of this ever growing huge belly. So Lily will be off to play with her friends while her mommy sits at a restaurant and dreams of what wine would taste like at this point. So I am glad that I could boss Mikey around on this one. Maybe a movie will be on the agenda, we will see.
I am starting to really realize that in less than 5 months there will be another baby in this house. Ready or not she will be here. I am giddy with excitement and can't wait to meet the new little one and hold her in my arms. I already love her so much! She will complete our little family. So yes that means I am DONE after this one.
Happy Weekend to All,
MF

1st PRINCESS TEA PARTY!!
Lily's best friend Kathryn had her birthday party this past Saturday, she turned 3. She had a little princess tea party, all the little girls wore their "PRINCESS BEST". I had much more fun with this, than Lily did as you can see in her first picture. She tried hard to get this outfit off. She looked so cute. The little girls had so much fun playing dress up, Lily was a little young for it. She wanted to play guns with Kathryn's older brother instead.
All the little girls sat at the dining room table and ate all kinds of goodies. Lily was mostly intersted in the carrots, I guess I can't complain about that.

Here she is signing to her momma that she wants more... more.. more.. more... carrots.

Lily and her friends!
Lily has taken to wanting to hang out in mommy's office, which will also be baby's room- somehow we will figure that out. I have in my head what it is going to look like and just need my mom and friends to help me make it happen. Anyways Lily has gotten to the point where she stands at the doors and pounds on the door so she can get in and work. She does a lot of scribbling on my calendar and important inspections. I am thinking I need to get her a little desk too, that way she can work with mommy.
We have been having so much fun lately. She is so awesome to be around. She is just a fun happy girl (well when things are going her way). I guess she gets that from her mommy, happy when we are getting our way. Poor daddy and we are going to add another one to the mix to drive daddy nuts.
Lily's teacher got her a little Mickey Mouse and she loved it, she took it to school with her and well someone else fell in love with it and stole it. Poor Mickey so Mike and I had to take her to the disney store last weekend to replace the stolen Mickey. ((((Note to self do not take a toddler into the disney store and expect them to not want EVERYTHING)))). Mike and I were at the check out sneaking things from her and putting them in various places in the store. We had fun at the mall we just let her run around and do what she wanted. She was walking down the "wrong" side of the mall waiving to everyone and telling them all HI. So funny this little one is not shy at all and does not understand why anyone would not want to stop and tell her how cute she is.
This weekend we have our first princess tea party, so I will for sure be posting pics of that. I have to find her a princess dress, any ideas????
Much love,

A new blog for a new Fryar baby!
Well I think it is time to start on the new blog for the new addition. I will make this blog about the entire family and of course mostly about Lily and the newest one coming soon.
I just thought it was time to start talking about the new baby. We have to start getting ready for the baby and blogging about the daily activities of the "new" baby as well.
I am not sure what Lily is going to think of all of this, but I do know that she will catch on quick. She is the sweetest baby girl and is so interested in babies, so I know that bringing in another addition will only add to her excitement.
We point to my belly and ask her what it is and she says "bebe" so now she thinks everyone's belly is a "bebe". So my apologies if she says this to you. :)
Thanks for joining us once again for another wonderful journey!
