All we can say is HOT~

mommy had a bright idea on Sunday morning. Load the girls up take them to the sand so mommy and daddy could enjoy a breakfast while the girls played...

NOT A BRIGHT IDEA. We were all dripping with sweat. Blake kept trying to ruin Lily's castle, Lily would cry and then we would repeat that for 30 minutes.

We can not take Blake to a restaurant without her screaming so I thought this would be good, NOPE she was screaming there too. It is miserable hot everywhere so we just have to have fun at our own house.

We put the sprinklers under the trampoline and the girls love that. So that entertains them for about an hour. While Mike and I die from the heat...

Where is my baby!

I was informed last night that Lily does not want to be a baby, so she thinks I should be okay with her being a big girl. :(  We started Private Pre-K this morning and she was so excited about her uniform, I must say mommy is pretty excited about it too.  All the little kids looked to precious in the classroom this morning. 

This and That!

Saturday was meet the teacher day. So I took Blake to her orientation. She will still have the same teachers, but we still had to go. They went over the curriculum and we were on our way.

I then took Lily to meet her teacher. His name is Mr. Wilkes and he is going to be wonderful. I could not be more excited about this school. They are very structured and the girls both seem to like that a lot. Lily is already doing things she was not doing at the other school, and I am so thankful that I was given the extra push to move them to a new place.

After Lily went to meet Mr. Wilkes we went next door for Kathryn's 5th birthday party.  The girls all had a great time and Repunzel even showed up for the party.  Poor Mike is not real sure how he feels about Lily wanting to always be a princess now.  :)

Wow, sorry I have been so bad at updating the blog. I have been on the road for the past 3 weeks and so I have neglected you all.

Blake started her new school a week ago today. She is still trying to get adjusted to it, she cried her eyes out this morning when I left her. Lily on the other hand is doing amazingly well in her new class. I am so happy that she is making friends and doing so well.

As you are all aware it has been hot as anything here. So we are doing whatever we can to keep the girls entertained and staying cool. On Sunday the four of us were on the trampoline with the sprinkler under one side and the water ball on the other. We had the best time.
